Thanksgiving Traditions...

For the second year, the brothers' families got together for Thanksgiving.  We are blessed to have family that wants to instill the love of family so much that they will drive 12 hours to get to us when it's so hard for us to travel for less than half a week! Mason has had so much fun playing with his cousins.  He says "Al-son" and "Kasey" so we feel certain he'll be saying his grandparents' names soon, too. :)  We're waiting for the Auburn game to start to continue the traditions of Thanksgiving break.  We are so thankful for all that God has blessed us with!

17 Months Old!

Here he is--our busy, moving, big boy!  The verbal explosion has continued.  Mason can hear a new word and then associate it with a picture within the same week.  He's an unbelievable sponge.  Notice most of his pictures are in motion.  This is as good as it gets for a movin' and groovin' 17 month old!

Where did October go?

Seriously, where has the time gone?  We had such fun with Mason during Halloween!  By the end of it all, we even heard him say "tick-teat!"  Again, amazing!  Mason has greeted me each day this week with new words.  He even is trying to name himself...it sounds a lot like what he says for Elmo, but that 'M' is there.  Here are my favorite pictures from Halloween and Yaya and Grandaddy's last visit.
