19 Months Old!

Look at our big boy!  Mason's not a baby anymore...hasn't been for a while now, but still!  He is so much fun.  We have loved hearing him put words together and communicate with us.  His new things is to ask for something, I confirm that's what he wants, and he shimmies his shoulders and says, "Okay!"  I've got to get in on video, it's hilarious.  

Mason is also busy cutting 4 teeth...two top molars and two bottom canines.  They don't seem to be bothering him as much as those first molars and I hope that remains the case.  He's way into his animals that Santa brought him and know many animal sounds.  Our favorite is to hear him grunt when we ask him what sound a hippo makes!  He's amazed us when we tell him a sound one or two times and he remembers it.  He's working on colors and he loves to sing the ABC's and Ring Around the Rosy.  I know, I know...videos!  Enjoy the pictures until then!

First Official Haircut!

Look at our sweet, sweet boy!  We took him to get his first real big boy haircut tonight.  He, of course, was awesome.  Loved his first sucker.  I totally get why hairstylist use them-fabulous distraction!  Other than his haircut, Mason has been busy picking up more and more words, laughing, singing, and running.  It's so much fun watching him and listening.  He'll be singing and it will take me a few minutes, but I can figure out what he's saying.  Again, amazing!
